For standard items (not labelled as pre-order), you can expect your order to be shipped out within 3-5 Business Days!

  • Australia = 7 - 15 Days
  • US = 7-15 Days
  • International = 8 - 19 Days

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are made available due to extremely high demand and limited stock availability. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your item before it sells out.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

POSTAL ISSUES

If you are having an issue with delivery, your first point of contact should be the carrier. If they fail to respond, please reach out to us, and we will help investigate.

  • We do not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrectly-entered addresses. 
  • We do not take responsibility for stolen packages.
  • We do not take responsibility for orders destroyed due to being deemed abandoned by postal services.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1. RETURN AND REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, preference, or if you no longer want the item. Instead, we provide our Born Sinner Fit Assurance Policy (See Section 2).

This includes situations where you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind after purchase, or decided the style or fit is not what you personally prefer.

2. SIZE/ITEM EXCHANGES

For full-priced items, we offer a size exchange or store credit where possible.

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be included.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

All sale, discounted, promotional, and limited-release items are final sale for change-of-mind purposes.

3. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the item and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit. If the item has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
