Born Sinner Refund & Returns Policy

At Born Sinner, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Refund & Returns Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency while ensuring compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees certain rights that cannot be excluded.


1. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or make a wrong decision.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, consistent with your rights under the ACL, may provide:

  • a repair,

  • a replacement of the same item, or

  • a refund, where required by law.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed unless required by law. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.


5. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law.
